Service:

Comprehensive Primary Medical Services for adults and children. Accepts all major insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. A Sliding Fee Discount is available for self-pay patients based on household income.

Medical services are also available at Silver Lake, 14th Avenue and 22nd Avenue locations.
